Eligibility and information
An adult professional, business owner or authorised company representative may submit a profile. Provide real services, location, contacts, languages and licences required for regulated activities. New submissions are moderated; later edits may also be reviewed.
Images and rights
Upload your own materials or materials you are licensed to use. Obtain permission for identifiable people and personal contacts. Do not upload identity documents, banking details, health data, client addresses, children's images without an appropriate basis or confidential documents. You permit Tairix to store, display and technically adapt submitted material to operate the profile; exclusive ownership is not transferred.
Prohibited material
Illegal services, fraud, impersonation, invented reviews or qualifications, discrimination, threats, spam, infringement and undisclosed advertising are prohibited. Paid promotion must be labelled as advertising. Paid terms and prices are agreed separately; submitting a profile creates no payment obligation.
Editing and withdrawal
Profile owners use accounts with verified email. Request corrections, hiding or deletion at info@tairix.es. Public material may be indexed or copied by third parties; removing it here cannot immediately erase outside copies. Tairix may reject or restrict illegal or rule-breaking material and explain the reason where legally permitted.
Reporting material
Email info@tairix.es with the precise URL, facts and evidence explaining the violation, your name and reply email, and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith. Representatives should explain their authority. A person reviews reports; reconsideration can be requested by the same email. Urgent danger should be reported to the authorities.
Limits
A profile and QR do not guarantee customers, rankings or service quality. Clients and professionals agree their own service, payment and responsibility. These rules do not limit mandatory consumer rights or applicable legal obligations.
