Data and purposes
Costa processes chat messages, enquiry contacts, professional submissions, account emails, password hashes, profile information and uploaded images. Approved public contact details, services and photos are visible to everyone; login emails remain private. Forms on tairix.es collect name, email, phone and property or valuation enquiries. Do not send identity, payment or medical documents through ordinary forms.
Legal bases
Requested services and enquiries relating to a contract rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); other enquiries may rely on consent. Profile management provides the requested service; publication of personal contacts and photos requires your permission. AI conversation processing and analytics use separate consent, Article 6(1)(a). Site security, access management and abuse handling rely on legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f), subject to your rights; legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Promotional messages require a separate permission; an enquiry is not a subscription.
Recipients and providers
Authorised staff can access private enquiries. Costa uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Choosing AI chat sends conversation text to OpenAI; configured translation sends profile descriptions for translation. Account emails use Resend when configured. On tairix.es, forms are served by 10minuteswebsite and the property catalogue uses Inmovilla. With analytics consent, Google receives visit-related technical data. Links to social networks, WhatsApp and maps open services with their own privacy policies. Sharing an enquiry with a property partner, including a US partner, requires separate information before that sharing.
International processing
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Such transfers require a valid basis under GDPR Chapter V, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and necessary supplementary measures. Ask the controller about specific recipients and applicable safeguards. Cookie consent does not replace processor-contract requirements.
Retention
Enquiries and chats are kept while the enquiry and necessary follow-up are handled, then deleted or restricted subject to legal retention and defence of rights. Accounts and profiles are retained while the service is provided; contact us to request deletion or withdrawal from publication. Withdrawal does not automatically erase records needed for a complaint. Fixed automatic deletion of enquiries is not currently implemented. Browser storage is explained in the cookie policy. GA reporting retention depends on the property's Google Analytics settings; ask the owner for the current setting.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email info@tairix.es and identify the site and request. Extra identity checks are requested only where reasonably necessary, not an automatic requirement for an ID copy. Responses normally take one month, with a possible two-month extension explained to you. You may complain to the Spanish authority AEPD: https://www.aepd.es .
Your choices
Required fields are needed to reply or provide access. Analytics is optional and does not restrict access to the site. AI does not decide legal status, credit, housing eligibility or other rights. This notice does not replace information and conditions for a particular property transaction.
