Pilot service. NIE checks require separate confirmation in Telegram. The official calendar may restrict access; checks pause when human action is needed. Other procedures currently have no automatic search. This form does not book an appointment.

Purpose and basis
Preparing and agreeing a voluntary Alicante appointment-alert pilot and contacting you by email. The basis is your specific consent. Consent is optional; without it no request is stored. This does not include marketing or automated decision-making.
Data collected
Name, email, procedure, preferred office and date range. TIE fingerprints additionally require NIE and nationality. NIE assignment requires a passport number, nationality and optional birth year. Other procedures currently collect only contact details and preferences; documents are clarified before an individual test. We do not request document scans, home address, bank or family details. Ukraine temporary protection and the protection TIE card are separate procedures.
Access and recipients
Only the owner and admins access request data in the private panel; views are audited. Data is encrypted and not public. The base form does not send identity data to Telegram or government systems. Separately linked repeat checks use the terms below. Infrastructure: Sites and the Tairix VPS at Arsys for linked checks. Telegram processes your chat under its own policies.
Retention
Requests are accessible for 7 days from submission. After expiry they are excluded from the panel and removed from the working database on the next request to the pilot section. You can delete earlier using your private link. Infrastructure backups and non-identifying logs follow the general policy and provider rules; immediate removal of every backup is not promised.
Your rights
Withdraw consent using the private link or email info@tairix.es. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability apply where relevant. Withdrawal does not affect previous lawful processing. You can complain to AEPD: https://www.aepd.es/. If you lose the link, contact us from the email used in the request; do not email your NIE.
NIE assignment
For NIE assignment, the official portal uses a passport number, full name, nationality and birth year. A passport does not replace NIE for TIE fingerprints. For this procedure, we store the passport number, nationality and optional birth year encrypted for 7 days. No automatic submission to government authorities occurs.
Repeat checks and Telegram
Only for the separately linked initial-NIE pilot: after new consent, the Tairix VPS at Arsys sends name, passport number, nationality and birth year to https://icp.administracionelectronica.gob.es/ every 30 minutes. No booking. CAPTCHA, SMS and other personal steps pause checks; protections are not bypassed. Telegram linking requires confirmation in the bot. The chat identifier is encrypted for service notifications; Telegram does not receive the passport, applicant name or request email. /stop ends new checks and removes the chat link. Deleting the website request stops checks. The original 7-day expiry remains. Failed status messages are retried later; rare duplicate messages are possible.
