Alicante moves to speed up building licences

The council presented its plan to speed up licensing to the architects’ association: more planning-enforcement staff and two outside contracts, one to simplify procedures and draft a new ordinance, the other for technical studies. The meeting also covered the structural master plan, which foresees about 45,000 homes.
