Council of Ministers approves changes to legal-aid rules

The government says it approved a royal decree providing immediate assistance to some vulnerable groups, revising duty-lawyer compensation and adding compensation for out-of-court settlements. A separate publication of the text in the BOE had not been confirmed at the time of checking.
