Ghana: the farmers protecting the Atewa forest

Cocoa farmer Susana Afrifa Ankrah and other community leaders take part in a scheme that rewards local people for protecting the tropical forest of the Atewa Range in south-eastern Ghana. The forest brings cooler air, rain, fish and medicinal plants, and helps communities cope with a changing climate.
