Branches and collection points open, move and close, so look up the nearest address and opening hours in the carrier’s official finder by postcode or address: Correos has a search for offices, post boxes and Citypaq lockers, SEUR has Pickup points, GLS has ParcelShops and InPost shows its lockers in the app.
If you want to pack and send something abroad by courier in one place, Mail Boxes Etc. franchise centres operate in Torrevieja on Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas and in Alicante. According to the network, they send parcels and documents within Spain and abroad through major courier partners and pack your items; prices are quoted on request.
Sending a parcel abroad: UK, Germany, Poland, Ukraine
Germany and Poland are in the EU: Correos lists customs formalities only for items sent outside the European Union and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Since Brexit the UK is outside the EU. According to Correos, every item containing goods sent to the UK needs a completed and signed CN22 or CN23 customs declaration; the forms are available at any Correos office.
Ukraine is also outside the EU, so a parcel containing goods may need customs clearance — fill in the declaration when you send it. Nova Post and Meest (see below) also take parcels to Ukraine: check their prices, delivery times and prohibited items on their websites.
The destination country may charge import duty and taxes on the parcel. Declare the contents and value truthfully and check with the carrier beforehand that the item may be sent.
